Delete your Renno account

Delete it in the app

• Open Renno and go to the Profile tab.
• Open Settings.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion happens right away. You are signed out and cannot sign back in to the deleted account.

No access to the app?

Email privacy@rennoapp.com with the subject "Delete my Renno account" and the phone number or email you signed in with. We confirm the request with you and delete the account within 30 days.

Before you delete

• If you are in a paid race that has not settled yet, finish or leave it first.
• Cash out any winnings in your wallet first.
• Cancel a Renno+ subscription in your Apple or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the account does not cancel the store subscription.

What is deleted

• Your username, profile photo, tags and profile details.
• Your runs, GPS routes and imported health and fitness data.
• Your friends, friend requests, cheers and Social feed activity.
• Your notifications, notification settings and contact-matching entries.
• Your in-app analytics events.
• Your sign-in: the phone number is released and the login is disabled.

What is kept

Records of money that moved (race entries, payments, refunds, winnings and cash-outs) are kept with your personal details removed, because we are required to keep financial records for tax, accounting and fraud prevention. They are kept as long as the law requires. Race results you took part in stay in those races without your name.
